A Saints fan who is confined to a wheelchair and breathing tube is suing the team for allegedly violating handicap seating requirements.

Details of a federal lawsuit revealed yesterday show Saints season-ticket holder Shelby Bailey claims the team changed his handicap seating spot in 2011, and now he has trouble seeing the field.

Bailey says when fans sitting in front of him stand, they block his view, and there is a large barrier that also makes it hard to see.

Attorneys for the defendants in the case have responded by saying the Superdome is in compliance with handicap seating regulations and line of sight guidelines.
