Jefferson Parish officials say the coronavirus testing site at the Alario Center will be closed on Thursday while they wait for more supplies.
According to a release, a new shipment of testing kits expected to have arrived yesterday has been delayed, so the location will be closed until it arrives.
The testing site is scheduled to reopen on Friday, which is when new kits are now expected.
