An arrest warrant has been issued for the pastor who openly defied the state's order banning large public gatherings by holding church services.
Officials confirmed yesterday that Tony Spell, the leader of Life Tabernacle Church, is now wanted on a charge of aggravated assault.
The charge is related to an incident over the weekend where a bus driven by Spell went off the road and almost hit a person.
Spell surrendered to authorities after 10 a.m. Tuesday.
