Louisiana's proposed emergency voting plan has new restrictions regarding mail-in ballots in this year's primary.
Despite passing Senate and House committees earlier this week, some lawmakers are still expressing concerns about votes being tampered with.
The proposal going to the full House vote now limits expanded mail-in-ballots only to those at high-risk of catching coronavirus because of medical conditions, people showing symptoms and those under doctor-ordered quarantines.
The previous proposal extended expanded mail-in-ballots to all voters.
Louisiana Representatives and Senators will decide on the measure Monday.
