The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help to identify a man accused of stealing a woman's purse while she was inside a Metairie business.
Police say the theft occurred April 27th in the 1700 block of Veterans Memorial Boulevard at around 11:30 a.m.
According to officials, the victim was in the store when the suspect grabbed her purse and ran out of the business, hopping into a U-Haul box truck driven by a second suspect.
Anyone with information about the identity of the alleged purse snatcher or the person driving the truck is asked to contact Crime Stoppers.
