The Louisiana Department of Health says the state's Medicaid Regional Offices are now back open to members.
Officials said yesterday that the locations are following social distancing guidelines, and those visiting should be aware of the new procedures.
Under the new protocols, only one Medicaid member is allowed in the office at a time unless accompanied by a caretaker or language interpreter, face masks are required, and a temperature screening will be performed to gain entry.
Members with any questions or who need to check their case status can do so online at mymedicaid.la.gov.
