Orleans Parish will now join the rest of Louisiana in entering Phase Two of reopening, which will allow for some businesses to reopen and others who opened during Phase One to expand capacity.
Phase Two for New Orleans starts tomorrow meaning that bars without food permits, outdoor pools, casinos, racetracks and video poker can reopen at 25% capacity.
Additionally, other businesses that reopened at 25% capacity during Phase One can now expand capacity to 50%.
All other businesses will remain closed.
