Cantrell: City Could Shut Down If COVID-19 Restrictions Aren't Followed

New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell is warning residents to follow COVID-19 safety restrictions before she has to shut down the city.

Cantrell says residents and visitors have not been following rules meant to prevent the spread of the virus.

More specifically, people have not been limiting the size of gatherings, occupancy at businesses and wearing face coverings.

Over the past week, there has been a rise in cases related to bars near the LSU campus.
