City Council President Jason Williams and former judges Arthur Hunter and Keva Landrum are running for Orleans Parish district attorney.
The trio officially filed to run for DA Wednesday, launching one of the year's most-anticipated local races.
Williams had insisted that he would run despite the federal indictment on tax fraud charges handed up against him last month, and the defense attorney has since made good on his word.
The incumbent, Leon Cannizzaro, hasn't announced whether he'll run for a third term.
