Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport's ranking is going up in an annual customer satisfaction poll.

According to a new survey by J.D. Power, the airport jumped from the 23rd to the 11th spot on this year's poll after moving to a new terminal last November.

The airport's improvement marks the second-biggest jump in its class, with only Ronald Reagan Washington National posting a bigger gain. The Virginia-based airport went from 25th to 14th out of a total 27 in the "Large Airports" category.

J.D. Power says the ranking was based off factors including terminal facilities, airport accessibility, security check, baggage claim and food.
