LSU took a tumble in the AP and Coaches' Top 25 polls after a surprising loss to Mississippi State to open the 2020 season.
The Tigers fell from 6th to 20th in the AP poll and from 5th to 17th in the Coaches following the 44-34 loss Saturday.
Mississippi State used to the win to go from being unranked to entering the AP poll at #16 and the Coaches at #14.
LSU looks to rebound Saturday on the road facing unranked Vanderbilt.
