According to St. Tammany District Attorney Warren Montgomery, eight gang members have been arrested in the largest racketeering case in Northshore history.
In a press conference yesterday, Montgomery said that a grand jury handed down a 47-count indictment against those members.
Those individuals have a history of several violent crimes.
The DA said multiple agencies worked together in order to make the arrests.
