State officials say Shreveport-based Morris and Dickson has been chosen to help distribute COVID-19 vaccines across Louisiana.
According to yesterday's press release, several vaccine batches will be shipped directly to larger hospital systems, while Morris and Dickson assist with getting the remaining medicine to nearly 200 smaller medical centers.
Louisiana-based Red Ball Oxygen has also been selected to provide thousands of pounds of dry ice to help store the vaccines at the low temperatures they require.
