Airbnb is suspending almost 80 listings in New Orleans due to breaking COVID-19 safety rules.
The listings received complaints or otherwise violated the policy on parties and events at the houses.
The hosts were notified last week of the suspension.
The company said it was enacting more restrictions on bookings, including applying greater scrutiny to people under the age of 25 who want to make a one-night reservation for an entire home.
