A judge is denying a Louisiana Pastor's request to have criminal complaints in connection to COVID-19 orders against him dismissed.

On Monday, Judge Eboni Johnson-Rose ruled that Governor Edwards' public health measures outweighed Pastor Tony Spell's claims that the 1st Amendment allowed him to disobey stay-at-home orders.

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to get involved in the case, and Spell criticized Judge Johnson-Rose's decision by saying she had ruled against God.
