Over 17,000 Added To COVID-19 Presumed Recovered Total In Louisiana

The Louisiana Department of Health on Wednesday updated the number of presumed recovered from COVID-19 statewide to 380,673 as of February 8, an increase of 17,216 from the week before.

LDH reported only 337 new cases of the coronavirus due to a server issue which also impacted the reporting of case counts.

Hospitalizations decreased by 46 to 1,076 while the number of patients on ventilators was unchanged at 151.
