A couple is now married after holding the ceremony on an empty Bourbon Street on Mardi Gras Day.
Bourbon Street was closed due to coronavirus restrictions.
Ramone and Amy say their wedding has been planned for a year. When the streets were closed, they decided to get married regardless of there being no Mardi Gras festivities.
The pair said they look forward to their anniversary on a busy Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras next year.
