The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office says they have arrested a suspect accused of killing a man he met trying to sell a dirt bike online.
Sheriff Joe Lopinto said yesterday that the body of 29-year-old Joseph Vindel was found near Coliseum Street, where it had been dumped after he traveled to Harvey to sell a dirt bike listed on Facebook Marketplace.

Police believe 20-year-old Jalen Harvey shot and killed Vindel, drove the victim's car to Coliseum Street then rode away on the stolen bike.
Authorities tracked the bike down to Harvey's apartment and arrested him on a charge of first-degree murder.
