The Louisiana Department of Health reported an 171 new COVID-19 cases and 19 new deaths Monday.
The total number of coronavirus cases since the pandemic began stood at 437,565 with 9,903 total deaths.
There were 455 patients hospitalized due to COVID-19 with 66 on ventilators.
On the vaccination front, state health officials said 146,666 additional doses were administered since last Thursday, bringing the total number of doses administered in Louisiana to 1,418,805.
533,644 out of 917,628 vaccine series are now completed.
