The Louisiana Legislature is back at work at the state capitol.
Among the topics lawmakers are expected to tackle in the new 60-day session include pay raises the governor wants to give public school teachers and college faculty, raising the minimum wage and other financial issues.
There is also expected to be more debate about limiting the governor's emergency authority.
