Tulane University says it will require all students to receive a COVID-19 vaccine before returning to classes this fall.

The University announced the decision yesterday, saying they will provide an exemption for students who cannot get the vaccine due to medical or religious reasons.

Students will need to submit proof of vaccination to the school by July 15 so they can return to campus.

Tulane is the second higher-education institution to require student vaccinations after Xavier University.
