Women Arrested For Sending Racist, Harassing E-Mails To NOLA TV Station

A woman is behind bars for sending racist and harassing emails to a local news station.

Police say Caroline Kain, 57, was charged Monday for sending the series of inappropriate emails and singling out an on-air personality.

According to reports, Kain sent 81 emails to the station May 5 and May 11, repeatedly referring to station employees by the N-word.

Kain has been booked on one count of cyberstalking and could face up to a year in prison if convicted.
