The Sewage and Water Board says turbine number four is out of commission after going offline during last weekend's storms.
Officials confirmed yesterday that repairs to the turbine would take up to eight weeks.
The turbine is 106 years old, and the SW&B says three electrical parts that need to be replaced must be custom-made.
The Board also said repairs to turbine number five are being delayed due to a nationwide steel shortage.
