LSU star freshman Cameron Thomas is heading to the pros after being selected by the Brooklyn Nets in the first round of last night's NBA Draft.
The Nets selected Thomas at number 27 overall, making him the 16th LSU Tiger in history to go in the first round.
LSU has now produced first-round picks in three consecutive drafts.
Thomas appeared in 29 games for the Tigers last season, where he averaged 23 points per game.
