COVID-19 hospitalizations across Louisiana continued to rise to new record highs Thursday.
The Louisiana Department of Health said the number of patients being treated for the coronavirus rose to 2,350. Of those, 258 are on ventilators.
Those not fully vaccinated make up 91% of current COVID hospitalizations.
LDH also reported 5,468 new cases and 33 additional deaths.
State health officials added that 24,259 vaccine doses were administered since Monday.
