A third suspect is under arrest in connection with the killing of a New Orleans cop in Southeast Texas.
Houston police say Khalil Nelson was captured yesterday on capital murder charges.
Det. Everett Briscoe was shot to death during an August 21 robbery at a Galleria restaurant. A second victim, DJ Riculfy, was also shot and died last week.
Officers had previously arrested Frederick Jackson and Anthony Jenkins in the murders.
