Starting today, the first round of families affected by Hurricane Ida can register for help from the Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
Registration is happening in alphabetical phases. Residents whose last names start with A through F in East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberia, Orleans, Pointe Coupee, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, Washington, West Baton Rouge and West Feliciana parishes can register today.
Registration for DSNAP will proceed through the rest of the alphabet over the next three-days.
