Phase two continues today for families affected by Hurricane Ida to register for help from the Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
Residents whose last names start with G-M in Ascension, Assumption, Iberville, Jefferson, Livingston, Plaquemines, St. Helena, lower St. Martin, St. Mary and Tangipahoa parishes can register for DSNAP today.
Officials say there have been long waits caused by people trying to call in on the wrong day.
