New Orleans Saints quarterback Jameis Winston is donating $50,000 to help with Hurricane Ida recovery.
Winston says the devastation caused by the storm has impacted a lot of people and he and his teammates just want to help.
He's been involved in Ida recovery since the storm made landfall late last month. New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell has praised Winston for donations of supplies, food, generators, and gas to police and firefighters.
He's also raising money for World Central Kitchen.
