Saints Sign Kicker Johnson, Release Parkey From IR

The Saints are reportedly signing kicker Brian Johnson from the Bears practice squad to their active roster.

Johnson must stay on the active roster for three weeks.

The team has also released Cody Parkey from injured reserve after suffering a groin injury on Sunday.

Parkey replaced Aldrick Rosas, who was cut from the Saints after they lost to the Giants in week three.

Saints kicker Wil Lutz is still on injured reserve with no clear idea when he'll return to action.
