A mother in Kenner is planning to sue Ochsner Health after her 16-year-old son got a coronavirus vaccination without parental permission.
Jennifer Ravain's 16-year-old son is not of legal age to consent to take the shot he received last Wednesday at an Ochsner mobile vaccination event at East Jefferson High School.
Ravain's attorney says Ochsner Health, East Jefferson High School, and the Jefferson Parish School Board will be named as defendants in the lawsuit he plans to file in Jefferson Parish.
