A man is under arrest after reportedly assaulting another man in a Mandeville parking lot on Monday.
Richard Suarez reportedly got into an argument with several women after he parked in the emergency lane outside of a shopping center on Highway 190.
A man intervened in the argument, and Suarez reportedly knocked him to the pavement before leaving the scene.
Police arrested Suarez for battery as he was checking into a VA Hospital for unknown reasons.
The victim is reportedly already out of a different hospital.
