Saints head coach Sean Payton is working from home and missed practice on Wednesday.
The team says Payton tested negative for coronavirus, but is "under the weather."
Last week, three Saints players sat out the game against the New York Jets after testing positive for the virus.
The Saints face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Florida on Sunday night.
