A 15-year-old boy is facing charges for making explosives at his home.
Investigators with the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office responded to the home Tuesday on a tip about the teen's activities.
While there was no evidence regarding a plot to use the explosives, the sheriff's office did have enough evidence and information to arrest the teen.
According to reports, the boy also tried to destroy more evidence on his cell phone.
