The Pelicans stunned the Suns once again and have evened up their first round series at two games apiece.
Brandon Ingram dropped in 30 points as the eighth-seeded Pelicans used a huge second half to beat the Suns 118-103 in Game 4 in New Orleans.
Jonas Valanciunas posted 26 points and 15 rebounds for the Pelicans, while CJ McCollum added 18 points in the victory.
Deandre Ayton scored 23 points to pace Phoenix, which once again played without All-Star Devin Booker who remains sidelined with a hamstring injury.
The Suns will host Game 5 on Tuesday.
