The Suns are one win away from advancing to Round 2 of the NBA Playoffs.
Mikal Bridges went off for 31 points as the Suns cruised past the Pelicans 112-97 in Game Five of their first round series in Phoenix.
Chris Paul posted 22 points and 11 assists for the Suns, who take a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven set.
Phoenix was once again without star guard Devin Booker.
Brandon Ingram netted 22 points and CJ McCollum had 21 for New Orleans, which will host Game 6 on Thursday.
