Missing 14-Year-Old's Body Recovered From Mississippi River

The father of a girl who disappeared into the Mississippi River is identifying her body, which search crews recovered on Thursday.

The body of 14-year-old Brandy Wilson was found in the river near the Domino Sugar Refinery in St. Bernard Parish.

The body of 15-year-old Kevin Poole was discovered Monday near Crescent Park Bridge.

A week ago Saturday, Poole jumped into the river in an attempt to rescue Brandy and her eight-year-old sister Ally Wilson.

The younger girl is still missing.
