Abortion is allowed in Louisiana again after a district judge again blocked the enforcement of a state law banning most abortions.

District Judge Donald Johnson of the 19th Judicial District issued a temporary restraining order on Tuesday to prevent the state trigger laws from taking effect.

A hearing scheduled for Monday at the district's courthouse in East Baton Rouge Parish will deal with a potential trial that would settle the lawsuit challenging the state law.

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry expressed his disappointment.
