Abortion clinics in Louisiana will remain open for the time being.
A district judge denied Attorney General Jeff Landry's request yesterday to end a temporary block of the state's abortion ban while a lawsuit challenging it is still being processed.
The plantiffs in the lawsuit claim the language in the ban is unclear, and could put pregnant women in danger.
Landry says he plans to appeal the ruling.
