Alvin Kamara may escape suspension this season.
ESPN reports the league is expected to take their time with their probe into Kamara's arrest this year in Nevada.
The NFL may also wait until the legal process plays out before any decision is made.
Kamara is accused of punching someone at a Las Vegas nightclub during Pro Bowl weekend last February.
