Jeff Landry Announces Campaign For Louisiana Governor

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry is officially running for governor.

Landry made the announcement Wednesday, confirming rumors that he planned to be a candidate for the highest office in the state.

Landry is the second person to announce their candidacy for governor, joining independent Hunter Lundy.

Gov. John Bel Edwards, a Democrat, is unable to run for re-election again due to term limits.
