New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell is in Europe yet again.
She's attending the Bloomberg CityLab conference in Amsterdam, which started on Sunday and concludes tomorrow.
Cantrell says she's attending the conference to further her administration's goal of creating a more inclusive, equitable, and welcoming city.
The mayor recently stated she plans to reimburse the city nearly $30,000 for first-class travel upgrades on previous trips to Switzerland and France.
