New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell is evidently planning her second overseas trip this month.
Cantrell is listed online as one of the speakers for the C40 World Mayors Summit, scheduled for October 19-21 in Buenos Aires.
The mayor was in Amsterdam a week ago for the Bloomberg CityLab Conference. She also traveled to Switzerland and France during the summer.
Cantrell was criticized for taking too many first-class trips at taxpayers' expense. She has since agreed to reimburse the city about $30,000 in travel upgrades.
