Two of the men accused in the rape case of LSU student Madison Brooks are now out on bond.

Attorneys for 28-year-old Everett Lee and 18-year-old Casen Carver say they bonded out on Tuesday.

Jail records show 18-year-old Kaivon Washington is still locked up. The bond hearing for the underage fourth suspect is postponed till next month.

The suspects left a bar with Brooks and reportedly raped her in their car when she was too drunk to know what was happening.

At around 3 a.m. on January 15th, they reportedly dropped her off on Burbank Drive, where she was hit by a car.

Brooks later died at a hospital.
