Unknown How Many Cantrell Recall Petition Signatures Are Being Certified

At this point, there's no telling how many signatures were collected on the petition to recall New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell.

Nearly two weeks ago, organizers of the recall effort submitted the petition to Orleans Parish Registrar of Voters Sandra Wilson.

Neither the petitioners nor Wilson has said how many signatures were collected, or how many Wilson is examining for certification.

Wilson has 20 business days to count and certify the signatures on the petition.

That gives her until March 22.
