Krewe Of Tucks Claims Its TP Is Mostly Gone From Parade Route Trees

The Krewe of Tucks says most of its toilet paper has been cleared from the trees on St. Charles Avenue on the parade route.

The krewe issued a press release saying their biodegradable TP melts in the rain, which didn't happen until almost a month after this year's parade.

A spokesman says the krewe has been tossing marine toilet paper for the past eight or nine years, and it dissolves when it makes contact with water.

The release says a couple of other krewes also throw TP, and Tucks can't vouch for their choice of paper.
