Two suspects are in custody for the fatal shooting of a maintenance man who was working at a house in Kenner.
Police arrested Maurice Holmes, 25, and Tahj Matthews, 23, on Tuesday.
Both Kenner men are charged with first-degree murder.
Officers responded around 11 a.m. Monday to the reported shooting on Georgetown Street.
They found 66-year-old Lawrence Herr of Metairie lying in the driveway with a gunshot wound.
He later died at a local hospital.
