MMA Fighter Turns Himself In For Alleged Bourbon St. Brawl

Former UFC fighter Nate Diaz has turned himself in to police in New Orleans for an alleged brawl on Bourbon Street.

Diaz faces battery charges for allegedly choking a man unconscious.

The fight was caught on cell phone camera and spread on social media.

If found guilty, Diaz faces up to eight years in prison.

His lawyer says in a statement that his client was acting in self-defense

Diaz is now out on bond.
