President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden will welcome the Louisiana State University women's basketball team and University of Connecticut men's basketball team to the White House on May 26.
The first lady recently faced criticism for initially suggesting the runners-up of the women's championship, the Iowa Hawkeyes, should also be invited for a White House visit.
The White House later walked back the idea.
