The investigation continues into a hit-and-run crash that severely injured a bicyclist leaving Jazz Fest.
New Orleans police say they have identified the suspected vehicle in the crash, a white sedan with tinted windows and a sunroof.
Authorities believe the sedan is what struck Katherine Elkins at the intersection of Esplanade and North Claiborne on April 29.
